The late singer Osinachi Nwachukwu's husband , Peter Nwachukwu has been sentenced to death by hanging . The federal Government has filed 23 count charge against Mr peter Nwachukwu , the husband of the late Nigeria Gospel singer , Osinach Nwachukwu who died on April 8 2022 following an assault from the husband which led to her death . The defendant was charged with cupable homicide contrary to section 221 of penal code which is punishable with death by hanging

According to feelers , the deseased has been busy preparing for his exams , he was awake all through the night reading his books in order to be ready for his exams . It was reported that nobody was the target except the school . Three employees of the school were shot and killed by the suspect on monday , the victims were identified as ; Cynthia Peak 61 , Evelyn Dieckans , Hallie Scruggs , Williams Kinney , Katherine Koonce 60 , and Mike Hills 61 . It was reported that the suspect was a former student of the Christian Convenant School , he was armed with three guns , including a Semi-automatic rifle , according to the Nashville Police .
