Nigeria comedian , skit maker and content creator , Chukwuemeka Emmanuel popularly known as Sabinus has threatened to sue Peak milk over an alleged usage of his trademark phrase " Something hooge " Sabinus also threatened legal action against UAC food limited , a company that produce gala " sausage for using his brand picture and other interllectual product to make an advert and promotion , in a pre-suit notice dated 27 may 2022 and signed by his lead cousel Mr Stanley Alieke . Sabinus , demanded from the peak milk the payment of five hundred million naira for the alleged unutorized use of his interlectuel property

According to feelers , the deseased has been busy preparing for his exams , he was awake all through the night reading his books in order to be ready for his exams . The 16 years old son of the actor was said to have joined his friends to play football after the day's exams , he had a seizure and was rushed to the Mother and Son hospital, effort to resuscitate Kambilichukwu proved abortive , he was pronounced dead by the doctor on duty .

It was reported that nobody was the target except the school . Three employees of the school were shot and killed by the suspect on monday , the victims were identified as ; Cynthia Peak 61 , Evelyn Dieckans , Hallie Scruggs , Williams Kinney , Katherine Koonce 60 , and Mike Hills 61 . It was reported that the suspect was a former student of the Christian Convenant School , he was armed with three guns , including a Semi-automatic rifle , according to the Nashville Police .
