Four suspects involved in the killing of Jovenel Moise have been transfared from Haiti to the United States on thuesday 31sr of January , to face criminal charges . The US Justice Department has announced the total number of the suspects in US custody is seven and others are still in Haitian Penitentiary , the Department said Haitian -American dual citizens , James Solage, 37 , Joseph Vincent , 57 , Colombian German citizen , Alejandro Rivera Garcia , 44 , have been charged cospiracy to commit murder and kindnapping outside the United states , the Haitian American , Christian Sanon , 54 , is charged with smuggling a ballistic vests from the United states to Haiti which was used in the assassination of Haitian president , Jovenel Moise "
